It Looks like it works for 1.21.5 but there might be bugs SO DM 4_Square on Discord or comment on CurseForge Page if there are BUGS

NEW RECIPES & CHANGES
- Added Nether Star Recipe (User user_3rmaeslpbqd120aw on CurseForge)
- Changed all chainmail armor recipes to include iron ingots, making the recipes more balanced
- Changed Saddle recipe from diamond block to just a diamond
