Changelog
- added Boo mob which spawns in soul sand valleys and has a chance to drop either white wool or phantom membrane when killed by a player
- added Boo toggle to settings menu
!! If you are already using this datapack you'll have to turn boo spawning in the settings menu on in order for them to spawn.
