GpuTape 🩹

Fix video memory leaks, based on VideoTape by Velum.

Comparing with original:

• GPUTape is only client
• GPUTape does not use deprecated java methods(on 1.19+)
• GPUTape available for forge, neoforge and quilt (VideoTape available only on fabric)
• GPUTape is available on older versions(1.18-)
