Custom Colour Profiles!

After sitting on my todo list for over a year they're finally here! You can now create your own custom colour profile in the config, in order to use it though you must set the Colour Profile option to Custom.

• Option to disable the mod's skyblock commands
• Added uuid lookup support to all commands that took a player argument
• Added a prefix to all error messages from the mod
  • The prefix is a gradient between your Primary & Secondary colours from your set colour profile
• When Silence Resource Pack Log Spam is on some messages about .DS_Store files are also now hidden
• Improved the M7 Arrow Stack Waypoints
• Fixed a few bugs with the M7 Dragon Health feature
• Reworked internal config system
• Require Fabric Loader 0.15.2
