Beans Backpacks

• Config Screen is now translatable
• "Backpack Lock" have been renamed to "Lock"
• Locks can now be used to lock all kinds of storage blocks
• Added Back Bundles for donors
• Removed hanging cape below backpack (Bad, Buggy, Bloat)
• Fixed Backpacks disappearing on death with KeepInventory set to true;
• Fixed cauldrons could be equipped as a full stack if shift clicked
• Fixed edge case where you could still equip equipment that's supposed to be blocked by winged backpack
