Port this mod to Minecraft 1.17.1
Refactored mod to use mixins instead of overriding the player list rendering, increasing compatibility with other mods
The ping bars are now hidden by default (can be changed in the config file)
The ping text is now auto-colored based on the latency value (can be changed in the config file)
