First Release

For the official release of Forge 1.14.4, Embellishcraft is now in release build! For this occasion, version number changes a bit to follow the simpler format <MC version>-<major version>.<minor version>.<patch>.

Changelog:

• Updated to Forge 28.1.1.
• Added plates, can be stacked up to 8. Craft: 4 clay balls around a white dye (gives 4 plates).
• Various bugfixes and code cleaning.
