-Restructured the configuration file.
-Added configuration options to change the hardness of the table.
-Added configuration option to change the blast resistance of the table.
-Added configuration option to change what particles the table spawns.
-Added configuration option for the table to completely ignore the type of item being enchanted, allowing for all items to be enchanted with any enchantment.
-Intentionally disabled the update check system, this will be re-implemented at a later time.
