Release v1.0 for Minecraft 1.19

• The very first version of the mod
• Now Enderman can spawn with blocks (which is already stated in the mod's name, and in readme, and whatever, who the hell even reads these release notes, why am I wasting my time, I have other things I need to do)
• Oh, and also Endermen can't place blocks in The End now, but you can change this in the config file
