Extended Industrialization

WARNING: This update includes breaking changes for the Brewery (both steel and electric). Be sure to remove your items and fluids from them as they may get lost when updating!

• Rework Brewery, Canning Machine, and Composter to use runtime generated recipes
  • This makes it so most modded potions, all modded foods, fluids, and compostables are supported by default
  • The brewery now takes Blazing Essence (made in a blast furnace) instead of Blaze Powder directly
  • The brewery now only does one step of potion brewing instead of multiple in one go
  • The brewery now shows up as a workstation under the brewing stand recipe category (EMI only for the time being)
• Nerf Steam Chainsaw damage and speed
• Nerf Electric Drill and Chainsaw damage
