Edit: i forgot to add fabric api dependency so this will crash without fabric api, it has been fixed in 2.0.1

• Split multiloader into branches (forge/neoforge 2.0.0 update coming soon(ish))
• add a config (#4)
• add Subtitle Fade removal (#8)
• add Chat Fade removal

now depends on fabric api due to config library (MidnightLib)
