Fixes & Changes:

• Fixed Spell Cooldown decreasing twice as fast.

• Fixed Squall Golem not being command-able if "ownerHitCommand" config is set to false.

• Fixed Grappling Vine not changing position if player switch wand from main hand to off hand and vice versa

• Fixed Ritual message when summoning a servant above servant limit saying "Missing or Incorrect Items" instead of the regular servant limit message.

• Fixed Raise Undead Brew bypassing servant limit.
