• HCAS series: Assault Rifle, Close Combat Weapon, Designated Marksman Rifle

Changes:

• Increased fire rate of Scoped Varmint Rifle (7 -> 3, like standart or drum-mag varmint rifle)
• Increased fire rate of Long-Barrel Varmint Rifle (5 -> 4)
• Changed explosive projectile logic (no longer depends on weapon damage, just one number)
