- land mines detonate when in proximity to living entities
- added mine controller
  - use the controller with mines in your off-hand to throw them (and link them to the controller)
  - sneak and use the controller to detonate all linked mines
- place mines on blocks
  - right click on blocks near placed mines to link them to the controller
land mines and slime balls can be thrown by dispensers
land mines are configurable (enable/disable)
