Changelog
- You can now blacklist whole mods from dropping their items
- Enchanted items can now drop from the block at a 30% chance.
- There can be between 1-5 enchantments on one item
- Config file may come in the future, I was trying to implement it but it just wasn't working so I decided just to upload the update without it
