Add server-side GUI support
- New command /kits: display the GUI
- New command /kit setDisplayItem <kit_name> <item_identifier>: set the item that will be used to represent the kit in the GUI
Fix useKit not correctly saving kit usage to disk. This could cause kit cooldowns to be reset upon server restart.
