Limits' Grapple 0.3.0

First person animations! Not perfect sadly, as brain couldn't handle the math needed right now... but rest assured that the 3rd person animations seem to be almost perfectly accurate, so you can take comfort in the fact that your friends see the grapple in the perfect place, unlike you in first person :)
Updated Range enchantment to have a max level of 4 from the enchanting table, and need an anvil to get tier 5
Fixed 3rd person animations while riding mounts, sneaking, and swimming (elytra is still broken)
