Lootr

- Fix endless loot from Minecarts due to whoopsy

- Advancements are now a thing

- Minecarts drop a cart and a chest when killed

- Fixed a missed case for chest replacement in Mansion generation

- Added an configurable option to print out a report whenever a chest is set to a loot table in a way that Lootr is unable to replace, including location, mod information, etc.
