Minimega

• Legacy4J: Added support for the small inventory added in 0.0.1-alpha.15.4.
• World Host should no longer try to host minigame worlds.
• The UPnP port is now closed when exiting the match.
• The Mini Games button is now much more reliable.

Matchmaking Server changes

• The server has been updated to ping @Minigame Join Ping in #portal whenever a public game is created. This works in all versions of Minimega from 0.0.1-alpha.15 to 0.0.1-alpha.15.5.
