Mob Loot Bags

[NEW] Added new loot bag type (Selectable Loot Bag) which allows you to choose your reward

[NEW] Added new command /Changereward <loot_table_name> which allows you to change the new loot dropped from the selectable loot bag

(changes the NBT tag of the item and make it drop other loot than the default one)

[UPDATED] Fixed the blurry texture of the loot reclyer and loot box opener

PS: The Selectable Loot Bag has the same chance to drop as the legendary loot bag

PS2: If the loot table name is wrong or by chance the loot table is small it will automatically fill the empty slots with random amount of diamonds!!
