Fix a crash sometimes on world loading caused by OreDictionaryArbiter from Cofh core Mod

enableMixinDisableinitialWorldChunkLoad

Disable initial world chunk load. This makes world load much faster, but in exchange the player may see incomplete chunks (like when teleporting to a new area).
