This build brings Road Stuff to Minecraft 1.15.2!
Starting from 3.0.0 Road Stuff requires now Mapper Base to be installed!

- Updated to Forge 31.1.19 for Minecraft 1.15.2
- Added Mapper Base dependency: this library will now provide basics to Road Stuff for code but also contents like basic asphalt and concrete blocks, or bitumen generation.
- Added all color variants for reflectors, luminescent reflectors and guardrails.
- Some code refactoring done everywhere.
