Sepals 1.0.2

Make configs toggleable and savable.

Use command to toggle featrues:

/sepals <configName> <option>

Add 'temporary' then will not save to config file:

/sepals <configName> <option> temporary

For example:

/sepals enableSepalsEntitiesCramming true
/sepals enableSepalsVillager true true temporary
