Additions: two-blocks wide Shutters! Quark Azalea Shutter Translations to Russian and German (thanks to rey_zex)

Fixes: Gingerbread Shutter finaly available for survival (from Snowy Spirit) Texturefixes to a more Vanilla Style(Bamboo, Mangrove) Shutters ignore more Blocks now when they are fully opening Some shutters from discontinued mods were taken out when placed, shutters now face in the other direction, making it easier to use instead of 2 you now get 4 when crafting a shutter (doubled the amount)
