Silky Hands

Also fixes a bug where if you broke a shulker box with your hand it's contents would be erased. if you haven't made any changes to the config file (config/silky-hands.json) remove it and restart the game. otherwise make sure you add all the shulker color variants to your ignored blocks in the configs
