Spectrum

This version contains all the features of the current 1.18.2 release, additionally to the following. I will backport most of these fixes and improvements to 1.18.2 shortly, too.

Improvements:

• Renamed lots of internal item names, like "Shimmerstone" still being called "Sparklestone" internally
• Made Ink projectiles much more satisfying, by adding sounds and improving particles
• The Paintbrush now plays a sound when you are missing Ink for painting / slinging
• Ender Splices now play a sound when they cannot teleport the player (like being in another dimension)
• Banner Patterns now use the new item textures for Palette, Flask, ...
• Trinket extra reach calculation has been changed to make it more intuitive
• Made most crafting block sounds less obnoxious, especially Color Picker
• Quitoxic Reeds can now grow on Mud and can be found in Mangrove Swamps
• Colored Orb particles for Enchanter and Spirit Instiller are now moving pixel-preceise from the item in the Bowl to the item on the Enchanter/Instiller.

Fixes:

• The "Crystallized Blocks" guidebook entry now only unlocks when the player found one
• Fixed ores always generating on chunk borders
• Fixed memories forgetting who placed them when unloaded, not granting their advancement
• Fixed Paintbrush mentioning color selection, even when the player has not unlocked it yet
• Fixed a missing pixel on the Citine Decostones. Ty, @Trent!
• Fixed the Pedestal Structure not accepting Chiseled Onyx Blocks. Ty, @Trent!
• Fixed Spitit Instiller not remembering it's orientation when unloaded
