(Fabric): Fixed error when trying to run with Emi Loot mod.

Fixed incompat with Sounds Physics Remastered mod where it caused players to get launched away from Essence Block despite not near it.

Major:

Updated The Bumblezone to work with newest NeoForge and Fabric that now ships MixinExtras. This means Fabric Loader v0.15.0 or newer is required. For NeoForge, that modloader has to be v20.2.86 or newer.

Blocks:

Fixed crash with Sticky Honey Redstone.
