V1.3.5 -- 1.18.2 Release

This half-step update fixes the English Blanket textures to be a better shape and also adds 3 medals to the game for another award to win!

-- 3 'Wearable' medals that display on the player's chest when held.

-- New English Blanket Textures (same colors, new shape!)

Fixed a texture naming issue with the rosette template for clarity
