Updated to Minecraft 1.21.1

Several mods still need updates so this will be listed as alpha while I wait on them. This alpha also uses Fabric while I wait for Quilt to update to be compatible with mods that require Fabric 0.16.5.

• Sticky Enchanting Lapis - Replaces the prior suggestion of installing Lapis Reserve

• Better Biome ReBlend - Lacks 1.21.1 support will re-add
• Blanket - Lacks 1.21.1 support will re-add
• Carpet Fixes - Lacks 1.21.1 support will re-add
• Effective - Waiting on library updates for 1.21 version will re-add
• LambdaBetterGrass - Lacks 1.21.1 support will re-add
• LazyDFU - Has been unnecessary for sometime, it was a holdover from mod lists in older versions, is no longer being updated
• Smooth Swapping - Lacks 1.21.1 support will re-add
