Mod Support for RAY's 3D Ladders

Designed to match RAY's 3d Ladders but also keeping a bit of the industrial look for the metal ladders specifically. (Tighter bars, anchors and hook over top block). Future support for wood ladders will match that version.

Works independently. Example: You only want to use the ladders for these specific mods listed and not vanilla.
