A quick bug fix to, well, fix some bugs!

• Fixed definition for substitute so that it displays properly (Xaero's)

• Trimmed down icons to make sure names appear properly below the icons (JourneyMap)

• Changed some icon names (regional) to not only fix them, but also in preparation for them to be added (Both)

• Sized the image for substitute down because it was HUGE in comparison (Both)

• Removed MissingNo. (?)
