Hyper Realistic Sky

• Added high altitude clouds and auroras that will give you an "at the edge of space" experience above Y256 (this replaced the "disappearing clouds" above Y256)
• Lowered the "go out into space effect" to be at Y319, so if you're standing at the top of the world, it'll be like being in outer space
• Greatly improved lightning strikes
• Lightning strikes will now only appear at night
• Shooting stars will now only appear in clear weather
• Updated readme file
