[1.20.2] Programmer Art Fix - rv2.1

For 1.20.2 - 23w42a!

(New!) Crafter! With a small easter egg in its front texture!
(Finally) added old, pre-1.13 style textures of water! Their colors are still the same as vanilla.
Wither Rose texture, based on the old single-block-height Rose texture
Added a fixed version of the Snapshot Realms artwork
Added a new highlight design for top tabs in Create New World screen & checkbox to ensure better GUI consistency
Fix for angry wolf texture (MC-265004)
Fix for Recipe Book button (MC-223882)

Now buttons hovered in menu use the legacy blue highlight design once again, as the default white outline design is discarded in Programmer Art
- Legacy highlight design for Report button is therefore re-added
Changed some pixels & removed unused pixels in the base texture of Zombie Villager
The copyright document has changed. In short:
- Now you should always get athorized before using my textures in your released or to-be-released work.
- Declared that under what circumstance you may have a reason to repost my pack to other websites.
- Make it clear that private uses and share between friends is not restricted.
