v1.3: The Purple Haze Update

• Added 6 Teams! Purple, Magenta, Brown, Black, Gray and Light Gray can now be selected. This means There is now a Team for every Non-White Dye.
• Now Uses Namespaces to avoid conflicts

• Recolored some of the Teams to have their Team Color even closer to their corrseponding Dye Item Color.
• Added Lime and Light Blue Team
• Added Sounds

• Added 3 new Teams, Pink, Orange and Cyan!
• Improved messages for leaving and joining Teams (both use /teammsg and correct colors now)
• Improved pack.mcmeta (practically irrelevant)
