Fixed Compatibility with PokeLoot
(Works on Cobblemon 1.3 and 1.4)

Moved the size feature to global, so it will affect ALL Pokemon, including any Fakemons!

Optimized the pack to make attempt at fixing TPS drops. Hopefully it should run a lot better now! Thank you HennySea on the Cobblemon Discord for the help!
