v1.3: All the small things

This is a small update in Preparation for the 1.21 launch adding Features/Tweaks/Fixes I wanted to include before porting to the next Version.

• Warping Carrots will not damage you when no Ender Warp is open anymore. They will still be wasted though!
• Now using Predicates inside of the Advancements. Should provide better Compatibility!
• Added cool Particles when Teleporting (The same ones Ender Pearls & Chorus Fruits use)
• Improved the Warp Open/Close Messages to be distinguishable from normal Chat Messages. Previously, players could easily "fake" opening and closing Warps by simply typing in Chat.

v1.2: Portals Reconsidered

• Readded the Portals, but much better, as they are Exploit-Free now
• Added Sound Effects and Particles
• Ender Warps will not get consumed in Creative Mode

v1.1: The Golden Update

• Warps are not physical Portals anymore, you teleport directly to Players. This fixed an urgent Bug where Portals did not despawn.
• Added Golden Warping Carrots. They will not damage you when you teleport.
• Ender Warps are stackable!
• Portals now stay open for a full Minute instead of 20 Seconds
