The Quiver holds arrows and once equiped in the backslot or off-hand can be used with a bow to shoot arrows from it.

Chest Trait GUI
Although the Chest Trait is only accessible through commands. Once placed and right-clicked the GUI appears where you can access the items and hotbar to move around important items.
