What is it?

This is a simple mod that makes cobblestone generators spawn cobbled deepslate below y = 0, and stone generators generate deepslate below y = 0. Between y = 8 and y = 0, there is a random chance to which one will spawn, with deepslate becoming more and more likely the closer to y = 0 you get.
