Drop the Rock - No tree punching Compat

This Mod adds compatibility to No Tree Punching! In version 1.12 of No Tree Punching when you broke granite or any rock you got pebbles instead of cobblestone or rock, this feature was dropped in 1.16 and this Mod adds it back in 1.16.
