Dynamic Crosshair

Fix crash when crouching while holding a tool, make colours not bleed into other parts.

Add option to individually change the color of all crosshair variants. Add option to disable the debug crosshair. Some behaviour fixes (mostly for fluids). Rework API, improve performance.
