Added 1 new enchantment and 1 new curse:

Overshield: Increases the wearer's health. It can only be found in Stronghold libraries.

Curse of Attrition: Decreases the enchanted item's attack speed.
Changes:
Curse of Slowness is now compatible with Frost Walker
Hellwalker can no longer be randomly obtained through chests, fishing or villagers. It can only be obtained in Bastions or through Piglin bartering now

Added 2 new enchantments:
Reach:Â Extends how far you can reach and hit with a sword or tool
Swiftness:Â Increases the enchanted item's attack speed
Changes:
Enigma Resonator is now exclusive to Swords and Axes. It can no longer be applied to other tools.
Hot Shot is now called Incandescent.

Hellwalker: Allows you to walk on lava.
Changes:
Health for Blood has been renamed to Lifesteal.
Projectiles Overcharge has received a complete rework. It has been renamed to Target Lock and is no longer a pants enchantment but a crossbow enchantment. You no longer get penalized when taking damage and the arrow threshold has been completely removed. The extra damage applies to each shot now and it increases over time, but it has a limit. It resets if you hit a different target.
Spectral Vision now gets rid of the Darkness effect (1.19.3+ only).
Due to an API change, all damage enchantments have recieved slight changes to their damage values.
The Supercharge enchantment is now more consistent.
The Hot Shot enchantment now actually sets the arrows on fire instead of only setting mobs on fire once they hit them.

Enchantments:
Electrified: Reduces the amount of damage received by lightning and has a chance of striking a mob with lightning if they hit you or you hit them during a thunderstorm. Treasure enchantment
Shadow Shot: If you kill a mob at night with an arrow shot from a bow, there's a small chance you'll become invisible and invincible for 10 seconds
Spectral Vision: Highlights any mob that hits you for a brief period of time
Resonating Shot: Every arrow shot from a bow has a chance to deal more damage based on the number of hearts the user has
Curses:
Curse of Incompatibility: Makes the cursed item incompatible with all enchantments
Curse of Slowness:Â Greatly decreases movement and mining speed
Curse of the Undead:Â Sunlight sets the user on fire
Changes:
Enigma Resonator is now compatible with Damage Enchantments (Sharpness, Smite, etc) and incompatible with Pain Cycle, Guarding Strike, Health For Blood and Frenzy
Levitational Shot is now incompatible with all bow enchantments
Curse of Blindness and Curse of Nausea no longer require the user to be hit to activate. They now activate as soon as the user puts the cursed item on
