FIFYM: Custom Crafting

• Brewing Stands now respect recipe remainders in the fuel slot and the ingredient slot
• New fifymcc:brewing_stand_fuel component
• Brewing works again. Currently cannot make custom brewing recipes, so checking has been disabled.

• Only items with fuel value on them can be used as fuel

• Fixed an error that prevented any items without the FuelValue component from being used as fuel

• Mod ID has been updated to fifymcc for brevity. No more changes to Mod ID will be made
• Added new Enchantability Component which allows an item stack to override the enchantability of the item
• Added new FuelValue Component which allows any item to be used as fuel if it is attached
