Restored back the effect tooltips on the inventory screen
Effect recipes can now be accessed both with "r" and "u" since are considered both input and outputs
Ported to 1.18. Effect hovering on inventory screen has been disabled
Fixed many typos in many of the modded effect descriptions added last time
Added a new "minecraft:all" keyword that can be used in the effect_provider recipe instead of an actual effect id to make all the items in the recipe be registered for every single effect in the game

Added a $effect keyword through which you can now filter all effects in JEI search bar
removed some unused code and cleaned up some imports. This fixed some potential server sided issues
Added config with an optional blacklist, useful to not make some selected effects not register at all
