- fixed some visuals for harpoons, spears and some other entities

- weapon slot keybind now works
- readded refusal then removed it again ¯_(ツ)_/¯
- dropping a weapon to desummon it no longer causes selected slot desync issues (you no longer "drop" your first slot item)
