Surveyor Atlases

This mod adds support for the Surveyor Map Framework to Map Atlases
Which means the markers will add to the map automatically.

Recommend setting the terrain = DISABLED on server side in Surveyor config(surveyor.toml) since the Map Atlases is rendering the terrain by itself. Will save performance and save size.

It will delegate the structure/landmark rendered to the Moonlight marker.
Currently supported markers:

• Supplementaries
  • Waystones by Surveystones
  • Bell, beds, lodestone, nether portal
  • Structures
