[MTS/IV] Sphase Vehicle Mashup Pack (SVMP)

SVMP 3.5.8 Travels to the newly debuted 1.18 / 1.19 versions of Immersive Vehicles.

Please note that these versions of IV, as of the release of this SVMP version, are still in development. Bugs and crashes WILL occur.
