What is it?

This is a simple mod that prevents you from accidentally resetting the repeater tick delay. Clicking a repeater set to maximum delay will be prevented, unless you are sneaking. This is helpful when creating redstone mockups and for situations where you are placing multiple 4-tick repeaters.
