Mirrors changes to c2me config from other branches, disabling no tick view distance and putting threaded worldgen to "default".

- Disable C2ME's No Tick View Distance which appears to cause a regression on most Windows systems.
Purely a milestone release. 6/17 mods, that's 35%.
