Connected Copper Grates

• Connected textures for copper grates
• New, lighter texture because the default texture only tiles in one direction
• Also adds a golden/wax-colored border on waxed copper grates for VanillaTweaks "Visual Waxed Copper (Items)" parity, you can just delete all files with "waxed" in the title if you don't want this
• Waxed and unwaxed grates intentionally don't connect to allow for more texture variety and make it easily visible if you missed waxing a block

Requires a connected blocks mod (OptiFine/Continuity/Fusion/...) to function
