Added support for all of the Team Abnormals Mods!

Changelog:

• Updated pack.mcmeta for 1.21.6 support

• Finally replaced the old lazy pack.png icon to a high quality render! (I updated the website icon as well! Also in the future I'll be able to update the icon for seasonal events :3)

• Slightly renamed the file names to be more verbose/consistent:
  For example, the performance edition went from "Cubic Leaves (fast)" to "Cubic Leaves (performance)".
  The resource pack compatible edition went from "Cubic Leaves (compat)" to "Cubic Leaves (resource pack compatible)".

Added support for Oh The Biomes We've Gone!

• Added support for Oh The Biomes We've Gone.
• Moved the template models to it's own separate namespace: "cubicleaves".
• Renamed some of the template files.

(This was so painful – It took me 15 whole hours to add full support for this mod. why are there so many different types of leaves)

Added support for Biomes O' Plenty! (Even more mod support is coming soon^TM)

I completely forgor about the cherry leaves! This is now fixed hehe.
